• $460 per year (to include Fall and Spring seasons) for U9-U12 teams
• $500 per year (to include Fall and Spring seasons) for U13-U14 teams
• $250 per year (Spring season only) for U15-U19 teams 
  • Trapped U15 players playing in the Fall will have an additional $100 fee added to their Spring only fee

These fees include the following:

• Player registration and carding through OSA
• Team registration fees for 1 tournament per season
• Team registration fees for 1 OSA league per season (portion of registration fees for other leagues may be supplemented with team funds)
• Referee fees for up to 8 games in 1 OSA league per season
• Up to 10 hours of team training per season with professional trainers
• Regular club goalie training sessions
• Club operating expenses (BUSC is a volunteer ran organization - no coaches, managers, or board members are paid)

• Every team will set their specific team fee amount to cover additional expenses such as more tournaments, supplementary training, etc
• The amount varies significantly between teams and is set by the coach, who should breakdown these fees and how the amount was determined
• For younger teams, these team fees are often around $60 per season
• For our most competitive and active teams in older age groups, these additional team fees can be in the $200 per season range

• If an automated payment from a payment plan fails to process, parent must coordinate a solution with the club treasurer at: Treasurer@ButlerUnitedSoccer.com  If the missed payment is not settled after 30 days, the player may be held out from game participation
• If a household has outstanding payment plan debts at the end of the year, these will be turned into a household debit that will be incorporated into future year's payments

• Households will automatically receive a $50 discount on additional BUSC player club registration fees after the first

• All club fees will now require online payment through the Demosphere registration system
• Fees can be paid through an optional payment plan when final registration is processed later in seasonal year.
  • At a minimum, $50 will be collected as a non-refundable deposit toward club fees when roster spot is accepted.
  • Full payment of the club fee and team fees can be made when accepting the roster spot.
  • There will be a plan with the deposit plus two additional payments that will be automatically collected in early August and early April.  The remaining club fees (less deposit) and team fees will be divided evenly among the two additional payments.
  • Another plan will have the deposit plus four additional payments that will be automatically collected in early August, mid-Sep, mid-Feb, and early April.  The remaining club fees (less deposit) and team fees will be divided evenly among the four additional payments.
• Team fees will be collected along with your club fees and will be clearly noted

• Partial refund requests (injury, illness, player moving, etc.) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  A prorated credit toward future season fees may be offered in lieu of a refund.  No such considerations will be offered after 16 Sep for fall and 19 Apr for spring seasons
• Any refunds issued will be reduced by a minimum $5 to cover the incurred processing fees

• BUSC Uniforms are not included in our club fees, a full kit runs around $100
• BUSC Uniforms will be purchased through Soccer Plus with online club ordering
• There will be an order deadline established for the Fall and Spring seasons that will be picked up by the club and distributed through coaches
• Individual uniform and spirit-wear orders can be made at anytime with a store pickup or shipping option
• Other orders throughout the year need to have paid shipping or be picked up by parents
